Space Center Houston (NASA)

This is a 6.5 to 7 hour guided tour of the most popular tourist attraction in the Houston area.

We start by going on the 90-minute NASA Tram Tour to the former mission control, astronauts' training facility, and to a Saturn V rocket. We typically follow that by walking through the three-story shuttle mock-up.

Your adventure will also include either the IMAX movie "To Be an Astronaut" or "Blast Off" accompanied by a briefing of the current activities, lunch at the Zero-G Diner, the movie "On Human Destiny" about the history of NASA, followed by the Starship Gallery Museum where one can touch a moon rock, see Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo capsules, and walk through a Skylab facility.

The tour ends with a visit to the Space Trader Gift Shop and/or have photos taken in astronaut equipment.
